SilkySkyn offers a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on current and future products. To become eligible for the Money-Back Guarantee, customers must:

 

1. On the day you receive your device, customers must send an email to Silkyskyn1@gmail.com with First Name, Last Name and Date in the subject line. In the body of the email, you must post a picture of the area(s) you wish to target. (If device was purchased to target a private area, then we recommend using it on another area of your choosing to be eligible for your Money-Back Guarantee.)

2. Every 7 days from the day you received your device, you must email an image of the area you're targeting, up until the 28th day. 

3. After 28th day, if there is no noticeable difference/change after comparing images, then we will issue you a full refund.
